Soak and wash your feet in warm water.
2. Wait until dry skin softens.
3. Gently massage the calloused area and pat dry.
4. Apply a foot cream or your favorite lotion to your feet.
5. Wear gel socks for 20 minutes to 60 minutes, at least 2-3 times a week.
Washing instructions:
1. Hand wash with water and cold water.
2. Neutral detergent is better. No bleach, no dry cleaning
3. Air dry naturally in a cool place, not direct sunlight, not drying
4. Do not peel off the gel in the socks.
